TOP RATED Ms. Nagi was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect home for our family. At first we were uncertain about where we wanted to move to, but that didn't stop her. She went on the adventure with us, searching for homes throughout eastern NC (lol); It was only 2 cities until we decided on our final area. She was ALWAYS available for home tours. Ms. Nagi responsiveness was incredible. If she didn't pick up she always called back no more than 5 minutes later. She did a tremendous amount of information gathering of the process and the status of the city and county and reviewed all the inspections and non standard documents. We have been in our new construction home for 2 months now and couldn't be happier. We highly recommend Ms. Nagi!

FANTASTIC AGENT SMOOTH PROCESS Mercy was fantastic when when we were selling our home. She met with us before starting the process, and explained everything. Things to expect, etc. so there were no surprises. She was realistic and upfront about potential issues and what we can do to mitigate them. She also cared about what we thought and how we felt, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and very responsive whenever we had a question or concern. We highly recommend Mercy to anyone looking to sell their home as well as those looking to buy their next home! She has many clients, but when she's working with you, her focus is on you! You won't be disappointed!
